​Individual Tax Preparation - (Forms 1040 and 1040NR)
We serve your individual tax needs by helping you plan throughout the year as well as prepare and electronically file your individual tax returns. We assist with estimated tax payments, strategic tax planning and are happy to help with more complicated issues such as gift taxes, farm income, rental real estate, royalties, foreign account reporting, some IRS dispute resolution, multi-state taxation, foreign taxes and ex-patriate returns.

Trust and Estate Return Preparation - (Forms 1041, 706 and 5227)
​A large portion of our business is dedicated to providing Trustees and Executors quality Fiduciary Income Tax return preparation (Forms 1041 and 5227), assisting fiduciaries with distribution calculations and providing trust accountings. Trust accounting income is determined using not only the Internal Revenue Code but also relies on State law in its determination. We help you as a Trustee with the technical stuff and help ensure you are doing your fiduciary duties whether in a simple trust, a complex trust, a unitrust, a CRUT or the like. Business and Pass-Through Entity Returns - (Forms 1120, 1120-S and 1065)
We help small and mid-size businesses including Sole Proprietors, LLCs, Partnerships, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations with their tax needs including income tax preparation, employment and payroll taxes, W-2 and 1099 reporting, and sales and use taxes. We assist businesses in a variety of industries including rental real estate, investments, farms and ranches, services and more.

Private Foundation Returns - (Forms 990-PF and 990-T)
​We love being able to help the organizations that help our communities. We provide Form 990-PF tax return preparation for small and large private foundations on behalf of their trustees and directors. We also assist them with determining required annual grant making levels. Foundation directors also rely on us to prevent excess distributions from going to waste.
